This Premises Liability Waiver is a legal document for individuals over eighteen visiting Shannon Taylor Tactical. By signing, you take full responsibility for any personal injury on the premises, releasing the company from liability. It involves surrendering some legal rights, so review it with legal counsel if needed. Signing is voluntary, granting access to the facilities.
Medical Consent and Waiver
This waiver allows adults over 18 to authorize Shannon Taylor Tactical to administer first aid if needed and releases the company from liability resulting from such aid. The waiver also permits the company to seek emergency medical help on behalf of the individual, who will bear any associated costs.
Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims Agreement
