At Shannon Taylor Tactical Training, our SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) Classes are meticulously designed to help participants develop critical skills for navigating high-pressure scenarios. Whether you’re a professional operating in hostile environments or an individual seeking comprehensive survival training, our program provides the tools and confidence you need to overcome adversity.
All classes are for participants 18+ only.
Prepare for the Unexpected with SERE Training

What the Class Covers
Our TCCC classes focus on preparing participants to manage trauma, save lives, and improve survival rates under pressure. Key topics include:

Survival Skills
Learn how to find shelter, purify water, source food, and stay safe in harsh environments.

Evasion Tactics
Master the art of avoiding detection and navigating safely in hostile territory.

Resistance Techniques
Develop mental and physical strategies to withstand captivity and interrogation scenarios.

Escape Planning
Learn how to create and execute escape plans, ensuring you’re always prepared to regain freedom.
Equipment Required for classes:
Handgun Classes
- Ammunition (bring a minimum of 1000 rounds of ammunition for 3 day class and 500 rounds for 1 day class).
- Quality gun belt.
- Quality holster for belt, (in addition you can bring a conceal carry holster).
- Magazine pouch able to hold two spare magazines (a minimum of three magazines for class).
Carbine Classes
- Ammunition (bring a minimum of 1000 rounds of ammunition for 3 day class and 500 rounds for 1 day class).
- M-4 or similar platform.
- Magazine pouch able to hold two spare magazines (a minimum of three magazines for class).
- Some type of sling system.
It is recommended that you also have a handgun duty type belt (listed above) to be able to perform transition drills.
Additional Items Needed
- Personal hygiene items, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.
- Insect repellent.
- Sunscreen.
- Quality footwear.
- Quality rain gear.
- Hat or some type of head covering.
- Ear and Eye protection.
- Any emergency medicines (ex: Epipens).
